Very professional i highly recommend

My first time coming to this particular facility was today. It was pretty full but distanced and everybody wore masks. The nurse was a doll and the doctor was awesome. It went fast and courteous. Id recommend this facility to anyone. As with any doctor my worst moment was getting on the scale and I told the nurse NO THANK YOU when she asked me to get on. Nice clean friendly and fast.

The tall lady that’s blonde not sure if she’s a manager is running things illegally and this office should be investigated First she turned me away over vision issue then after explaining it she turned me away for a insurance issue when I have insurance I have seen her do this to many others Very Rude.. I don’t care for me butSick patience should not be treated with disrespect especially elderly The board needs to pay a visit

Im thankful for the service. From the beginning to the end of my visit everyone was caring and kind. Also I didnt have my insurance card the reception was able to look it up for me and I was able to still get serviced. And the wait was rapid.

I took a halfday from work to be seen about a chronic bleeding issue was not sure if it was PCOS hormone imbalance caused by meds etc. The nurse was kind and did the proper workup before the dr would see me. I was waiting in a patient room with the door open when I overheard my dr. tell my nurse that they dont undress people after 4. I know I was not supposed to hear this lazy dismissive comment because another nurse soon shut the door to my room. When the dr finally came into the room she continuously treated me as if I was being aggressive or that she assumed I would become as much backtracking in our conversation multiple times to repeatedly say but I dont mean it like that etc. I think she was worried I overheard her negligent comment and was trying to overcompensate but it instead felt that I was being dismissed. I was promised a referral to a GYN waited for a call for a week from said GYN office after being told I would receive one and I never did. I was charged a copay to basically be gaslit dismissed and then told that I needed to go someplace else? Will NOT be returning. If I could remember the doctors name this complaint would be escalated much higher than a Google review. Absolutely unacceptable. Black women are already disproportionately at risk for issues in health settings this was NOT the help I needed. If I find out that I have a time sensitive issue that was dismissed I will be filing a formal complaint against the office and the medical provider herself.Not to mention this was during a global pandemic....and the front desk staff werent wearing their masks properly or at ALL. Absolutely awful. 010

If I could give Dr. Hall six stars I would After being treated dismissively elsewhere it was such a relief to see a doctor who is concerned caring and informative. He ordered the tests I needed to find out what was wrong. The rest of staff have all been friendly and helpful as well. I am so glad I came to this office

Front desk check in girl is EXTREMELY RUDE every single time I visit there. Nothing is consistent when it comes to your records and the billing is a disaster.

Doctor allowed wart removal to drip down my arm and caused scarring. I tried to explain this to their team and I got very little information back.

Horrible place had test results done and NEVER heard back
