Extremely rude staff. Any questions asked are answered with aggression the only reason I went to an urgent care office was to get a COVID test due to high exposure and being 7 months pregnant. If I could give zero stars unfortunately I would. I absolutely hate writing negative reviews but after being mistreated by the staff repeatedly I had to.

I went to the location on Monday morning. I was seen by the doctor and was told the prescriptions would be sent to the pharmacy. It is Wednesday and nothing has been sent. I have called and left messages but I havent received a call back or anything. The receptionist is extremely rude. Now I must go in person to figure this out while being in pain. Terrible customer service is not good at all.

I love Dr. Jonathan. He is always so helpful and I use him as my primary care. They are always helpful and listen to my concerns and really spend the time to resolve my issue and they are quick as well but this time the girl who did my blood draw ripped my arm up and 2 days later it still hurts and has bruise that is half of my arm.

Love this place. Awesome doctors wait time is low and everyone cares about you. I have made this my permanent doctors office. It is better than the other Urgent Mds here.

I fell and cut my knee open and the staff here was so nice and accommodating. They show genuine concern for you unlike some other urgent careER centers. Jonathan the PA was awesome and candace. They both were so nice and gentle with me. I would recommend this urgent care center if you are in need. I. was in and out in less than 2 hours

I went for the first time for health problems I been dealing with for over a year and within 30 minutes Dr.Doak had me in and out with my problem solved. I would recommend them to anyone.
