Staff was rude on multiple occasions I was misdiagnosed and ended up a few days later at the emergency room. Go elsewhere these physicians are not competent and not friendly. Not to mention no masks during the height of covid early 2021 while being a covid test site. PA came into my room with a mask and immediately took it off. What is the point?? Doctors who talk over you and dont listen to your problems are the worst they miss vital information and end up misdiagnosing because they dont listen. I would be embarrassed to work here. I will not give this place any more chances.

No reason I should be in here for an hour and a half for a 15 min COVID test .. especially when I made an appt .. two stars because the doctor or PA with the blonde hair was nice.

Was able to book a nearly immediate appointment online. Wait was short on the Sunday afternoon we were there. They got us back quick and spoke to my preteen daughter with kindness and respect. They performed a thorough exam explained findings and gave recommendations. Exactly what we needed. Thank you

Checkin was quick and I was called to the back within 10 minutes of arriving considering there was 3 in line before me. The staff was very friendly even during the xRay. Dr. Perrin did an awesome job in explaining my injury as well as explaining why he ruled out what the injury wasn’t. This location has always been professional from checkin to receiving diagnosis. Thank you all for your professionalism and service.

Was there 1014 my experience was good until i was greeted by a plus size red head nurse who had an attitude. That nurse made me very uncomfortable. Never again The Washington Rd location is very unprofessional i could hear them gossiping about another coworker when my door was cracked. 👎🏻
