Professional, quick, courteous, and kind! The receptionist, Kayla was very patient and friendly when I arrived. My technologists, Katie and Alissa, were very accommodating, set clear expectations, and had a marvelous sense of humor during the imaging process. Overall, the experience was top notch and I would be delighted to return if more imaging is needed in the future.

I had a few X-rays done today…I walked in and out in 30 minutes…Caroline took my X-rays….she made it so easy and fast..was very polite and through….Kayla was the receptionist…she was quick to get me in and was very pleasant as well….Thank you AU Health Imaging for making this so pleasant, quick and easy…

The price!?!!!? $4,450 for a ct scan? Beyond ridiculous. Same procedure at the AU hospital $248. You should be ashamed. I will NEVER have another procedure there. Nor should anyone agree to any lab, procedure or medical treatment without asking the price. AU is not the only game in town. Save money by shopping ahead and around.

I recently had an MRI done @ AU Health Imaging...they were excellent. My MRI tech Debbie did a fantastic job. I was in the MRI for about 45 minutes, Debbie gave me ear phones and I relaxed to "Queen". Who wouldn't enjoy an experience of resting and listening to "Queen".

I was there for an MRI and from the time of making my appointment, thru registration and on to the procedure it was smooth and I felt like everyone really cared, you weren’t just a number.

Had 2 MRI's at AU Health Imaging and it was a pleasant experience from the helpful stuff (Kenndall, Debbie) to my choice of music in the headphones they played while I was "in the tunnel". Highly recommend them!

Just finished a frustrating call with the Billing department. I received a Final Notice bill today, but we never received the previous bills because they had the wrong address. I spoke to Melissa and explained the issue and she updated my address. I also asked if they could bring the 30 day discount pay back since I never received the initial bills. She said that she spoke to her supervision Lisa and they said they would do nothing. This was the first dealing with them, but pretty sad that they would not help me when it was their error on the address to begin with. My advise would be pay when you leave the office and do not allow it to go to the Billing Dept.
