I had an appointment recently with Dr Kennedy and it went very well. . It did take longer then 15 mins. and he went over everything. He talked to me so I could understand him. Sometimes I have to wait but it’s worth it , believe me I been to servers bad doctors. Sometimes the staff on a he telephone gets rude but in the office everyone is very pleasant.

He refuses to do anything that takes more time than a 15 min office visit, if you need a bed or any other home care you can forget it. His words when asked about a hospital bed for our home was it was to much work and didn't have the time it takes to get one. He also seems to work for the insurance companies rather than the patient

Dr. Phillip Kennedy is a good doctor,however his office people suck! They are ultimately ran by Dr. Kennedy so unfortunately I do not recommend this practice to anyone! My 96 year old mother needed paperwork for a walker. We made an appointment. My mother was early so we signed in. They wouldn’t get the paperwork signed by the doctor. We called back to get him to call my mother and the office worker told her he might call!!!!! I know doctor Kennedy calls at the end of the day. My mother has been going there for years and before I use to go there. She the receptionist was very rude!!!! No excuses!!!!!

He will only treat patient his way, he doesn't listen, doesn't call in prescriptions to aetna rx as asked, doles out as 8 or 9 tablets, which is extremely expensive for the patient. Office staff rude and unresponsive.

Dr. Kennedy was recommended to me by a family member and a family friend. I've only seen him once, but I have been impressed so far. I read these reviews prior to my appointment and thought I'd have to wait forever to see him, which isn't uncommon in doctor offices. I was surprisingly called back within 20 min of my arrival (I was 15 min early for my afternoon appt,) so pretty good. Didn't have have to wait long to be taken care of once I got back there either. Everything was very efficient.
