It was very hard to get in to see him because he wasn’t sure if he wanted to see someone with my affliction and once he has accepted me as a patient, the quality of care is subpar at best. I have to come in to appointments with a list of diagnoses for him to chase because he can’t seem to do his own job. I have to go order my own tests from a third party tester because he was just taking my money and not doing anything. His staff’s favorite line is “he has 48-72 hours to get back to you”, which In turn you never hear anything at all! He won’t even make you referrals when you need. I have tried to get 4 different ones and they never do their jobs! Never!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I HAVEN'T EVEN MET THE DOCTOR YET! MY INSURANCE SELECTED HIM FOR ME, AND HE REFUSED TO SEE ME BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH DEPRESSION FIVE YEARS AGO AND WAS PRESCRIBED ANTI DEPRESSANT DRUGS 1 TIME THEN. GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BOARD FOR DISCRIMINATION.

Great visit! Very casual demeanor! Knowledgeable! Did I say he was funny too!? Offered sample of med! Generous! Used my smartphone to teach me about condition. Nurse was optimistic and upbeat! Jennifer! Wait was long but made up for it big time! Waiting area can be improved but quality of the visit compensate for it big time!!

I had an awful experience with this practice when my son was having a pretty bad wheezing episode and needed a breathing treatment. He had seen my son before and treated him for asthma, so when I went back for an urgent appointment and signed him in, I was escorted to the back where I was told he would not see my son (by the office staff) because of a check that had been returned (which I had paid and sent to their billing office). It seemed that the billing office applied the payment I sent to the wrong place and because of THEIR mistake, they could not treat my son, who by this time was wheezing pretty bad. He was about 9 months old. I ended up having to go to the emergency room at MCG. I would never return to this practice or refer anyone.
