Several years go, Dr. Cartie and his team saved the life of our 1-year old son, Jack, after he was transported by helicopter from Children's Heathcare of Atlanta to the Pediatric Burn Intensive Care unit in Augusta, GA with a suspected diagnosis of Stevens-Johnson syndrome. In addition to taking excellent care of Jack & working quickly to correctly evaluate, diagnose and treat his condition, Dr. Cartie did an amazing answering our questions, explaining things clearly and keeping us informed every step of the way. A great doctor supported by a fantastic care team.

Hello. Its been 7 years since you and your wonderful staff saved my daughter's Life. Her name is Eris. She is doing great. Thank you and your staff for your care. We were at the JMS center in Aug of 2013. We have never forgotten what you did for our family. God bless you Dr. Cartie and JMS Burn Center. P.S she is 16 now and she is in 9th grade at public school. We never thought it possible. She is honor roll as well. Thank you again.
