My father has had several appointments with Dr. Franklin recently. He is currently in the hospital for pneumonia, which was never diagnosed by dr. Franklin. Also had problems with meds being issued, such as prednisone, with no mitigation for severe reaction. I have called his office to and requested to speak to Dr. Franklin, he ignores request.

Since finding Dr. Franklin and his polite and professional staff my health has improved and I've been able to get off of several medications and my life is just better! Thank you, Dr. Franklin!!!

It seems as everytime I go in for a visit. I the experience gets worse each time. I should not have to be seated in the weigh in room for over a hour before I am escorted to a room. The nurses and receptionists are so unprofessional and rude. I come to this office because its close to my home. I spent 2hours and 56 minutes in the office. This is unacceptable. I will be switching my primary care ASAP.

It's hard to review Franklin because his staff and office management are too incompetent to expedite appointments. Instead they look for red tape technicality excuses to prevent prescriptions and appointments from being set up or finalized, needlessly jeopardizing the health of the patient. The staff care zero about your health and only about pencil pushing. Worst office experience ever. Avoid. The disinterested attitudes of the staff reflect poorly on the doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Franklin for over 10 years but my last appointment with him was just that, my last. I've spent the last two weeks trying relentlessly to have a prescription filled and have failed because his staff refuses to take the time to speak with my insurance company and answer a few simple questions. This is not the first time I've had this problem either. The staff is utterly incompetent! I've already found my brother a new doctor (I'm his caregiver). Now it's my turn!

Dr. Franklin is the best doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. He is very professional and REAL. He actually LISTENS and gets you the help you need and deserve to have. He is very concerned about the treatment you receive from his staff and expects that to be premium. Dr. Franklin has a big heart and is an expertise in his field. I hope I don't ever have to see any other family doctor in my life time besides him. He is one of a kind.
