Too many people and waited almost 4 hours for a simple ultrasound. Some patients have been sitting over 10 hours. Beyond disgusted. If you can’t accommodate sent patients elsewhere. I will never return here again.

The ER is horrible. No one should have to way hours to be seen. This place is poorly ran.

horrible office staff. They forgot to turn a bill into my insurance company. then turned it over to collections. didn't even call me or anything. Then blame me for it like it was my fault for them making a billing mistake

My terminally ill mother sat in the ER waiting room over 8 hours to start with. The actual hospital rooms are dirty and unsanitary. For example, canister of bodily fluids sitting on the back of the toilet for over a week and porta potties not being emptied. When you ask the nurses to clean up the rooms, once they are done texting and scrolling through Facebook they look up and say not my job. Takes them over 45 minutes to respond to bedridden patients who need to use the bathroom. Nurses unaware their patient didn't get a breakfast tray. Visiting hours are restricted to the hours of 12-6 and only one person can visit per day. Another hospital in the immediate vicinity has 24/7 visiting hours and more than one person per day can visit. I could go on and on. DO NOT take your loved one to University Hospital.

i waited at the ER for almost 6 hours with severe abdominal pain around my appendix. over 4 hours in the waiting room and i was finally brought back to be ignored for another 45 mins and when the doctor came in, he was in there for 5 minutes max and i waited anoth hour to be told to “wait it out” and that i’m slightly constipated. after i went to the front desk to say that i am still in pain, the lady yelled “WELL WHAT ELSE ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO?”. where is the “ care” that i sent to the hospital for?? i’m still in pain and i guess i’ll just “wait it out”
