This place needs to be investigated by the state. Leaving catheters in without ever changing them, leaving patients in wheel chairs all day nine hours, dropping patients, bruises etc etc. It is hard to believe University would connect their name to this place. Don't take my word for it, investigate it yourself. Then REPORT it .

My Auntie has received the most excellent care. We had an issue and concern when I say it was handle expeditiously, all concerns met with the most caring and professional staff. I am confident and secure in leaving my aunt in their wonderful and capable hands. Thank you, Cassandra whose name fits her beautiful personality she just amazing in introducing us to the facility. Ms. Isabella you are the bomb you handled that! After speaking with you I had a calmness, and peace, you're truly a friend. and just like family.I do not forsee any more problems. Danielle awesome, and funny. That nursing director Ms. Pam Nelson I love you, just amazing in the voice of Oprah in color purple " I's knows there is a God! Pt,Ot,Cna's and maintenance thumps up. I am at peace in returning back to California knowing she will be treated like family! And can't wait to bring the other family back for a visit! Oh the food Jesus !!!! I had beans, greens, ham, potato, tomatoes, fish, cornbread and mac& cheese, you name it!
