The staff is sorry as hell. My grandma been up there for like 3 weeks in rehab just for therapy. And they are not doing what they supposed to do. They need to hire dependable, reliable,compassionate people. It's sad you have a private sitter to be the third eye,smh. This not a good company. And the state needs to check that place daily.

Our 86 year old mother was found this morning lying in waste, soiled bed sheets, soiled garments on the floor. When issue was brought to the nurse station, the response was, we'll get to it in a little while. The care at this facility is weak at best and is NOT recommended, based on what we have experienced in the last 30 days. The private pay cost for this care is $240 per day. BE AWARE! Your loved ones don't deserve this treatment.

My dad was discharged yesterday from Kentwood. At first he thought he was going to a nursing home and he would be depressed by looking at other people his age that unfortunately don't have the health that he has. But the experience was different. He was in a private room, and the unit he was at was always clean, quiet, and smells good. The staff was always pleasant and ready to help. The food was not amazing, but way better than the hospital my dad was at. I recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for just rehabilitation.
