Shenell was very good to me , she made me feel very comfortable with my visit. Will visit more
Took my son there this morning. Great service. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable.
The nurse Desiree was extremely aggressive when administering my COVID & Flu test. Desiree had absolutely no bedside manners what so ever. When I explained that it was aggressive, her response was “if you say so”. I’ve taken COVID and Flu test in the past that wasn’t nearly as aggressive. Additional, the rooms aren’t completely clean. There was a ball of hair on the examination table.
Literally sat in the room for an hour and 30 minutes and no one came to see me! Ridiculous
Both times I was here had the best experience I've ever had with a doctor. They can't do everything a primary doctor can but excellent service. And not bad pricing for selfpay.
I went here yesterday around 9AM. I filled out paperwork, paid my copay and was taken to a room all in about 15 minutes. No more than 5 minutes in the room, in walks Timber. Timber, has THE BEST beside manner I have experienced in a LONG time!!! She was informative, caring, precise and HELPFUL! Thank you Timber!!! If she gets a private practice, I will be a patient!
Got there at 8 o’clock sat there for 30 minutes still no one bothered to come and be seen not much of a prompt care
I did not feel like my health concern was being taken seriously when I came in today which was the second time in less than a week. I certainly didn't appreciate the tone when asked if I was pregnant, because accused of injuring my back and not admitting it, let alone being yelled at for over the counter medication that my previous doctor told me I could take without any issue. Then I was prescribed pain relief patches and aleeve that I can get over the counter for less than what the pharmacy wanted to charge. All after me telling the nurse practioner that over the counter medication like tylenol/aleeve/advil/ibuprofen was NOT working.Next time I will just go to the ER. Maybe they will actually care to listen to the fact that this is an ongoing problem that happens several times a year. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...
I have been while it’s packed and while it’s empty BOTH times I was treated with the BEST CARE! I’ve brought all 4 of my children and even myself. These ladies and gentlemen are true caregivers! I was diagnosed with eclampsia during my pregnancy. After carefully watching me, my primary was able to help me cut out the medication and I now have textbook perfect BP! They actually listen to you and don’t pill push.
Rude and Unprofessional! The managers are no better at handling complaints. The receptionists forgot to check me in. After 2 hours i went back up there and she said i would not be put at the top of the list even though SHE forgot to do her job. Asked for manager and he never came out. I later called for even higher ups to explain my issue and they excused the manager’s and the receptionist’s behavior because they were “busy”. They waiting room wasn’t even half full. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! No one should receive the horrible treatment i did

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
