This facility always have great customer service. You are greeted immediately once you enter the facility. I went early hoping I can be seen before my scheduled visit and I was finished at my scheduled time.

This morning I met Dr. Z. He took time to explain what was going on with me and my next steps of treatment. Excellent service! I look forward to seeing him in 3 months.

I've been experiencing left hip and knee pain for several weeks so I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Zorrilla. All his reviews are very true. He took his time, explained everything in layman's terms and after my hip not showing anything wrong, he sent me back to get another x-ray. The pain was coming from my lower, mild arthritic back. He's great!! All the staff are very personal and professional. I highly recommend Piedmont Orthopedics. I would also recommend Dr. Keith Lamberson, who replaced my right knee 3+years ago. Excellent!

The whole staff is exceptional and caring here. From the medical assistance, xray tech to doctor. The facility is hugh, clean, and spacious. I genuinely felt I was in the right place for care.

The Staff is wonderful. They are very polite and extremely patient with my questions. Dr Zorrilla is great. He’s easy to speak with and he’s very descriptive regarding “options to be taken”. It’s not the the normal “my way or the highway” mentality that we often receive from Doctors. I’m am very comfortable with them and would have given a “Five Star” rate, but that’s the mythical Unicorn. I don’t look forward to my visits ( who enjoys the doctors office), but the staff and Doctors make it an easy adventure.
