If I could give this place no stars, I would. They are crooks and very unprofessional. The front desk lady, LaLa, is rude and horrible at her job. Before making my appointment, I verified I would only be paying my copay amount ($40)through insurance and several times lala guaranteed me that would be the case. The day before my appointment, she called to remind me and then tells me children are not allowed in their office. That is not listed anywhere on their website, but I ended up having to find a last minute sitter for my 3 year old. Then, when I went to my appointment, they tried to charge me close to $600 stating I had to pay off my deductible. I argued, then we finally agreed I would do self pay of $160 and not file with insurance. Dr. Page tried to use scare tactics to have me continually come to his office throughout my pregnancy, he googled medical advice in front of me, and even though there were no risks tried to convince me there was a high chance my baby would have a multitude of problems. As soon as we left, I canceled the next appointment he had me make and told my husband we were going somewhere else. A few weeks later, I received a letter from insurance with a summary that they had filed with them. I called and found out I should have only paid $40 and the deductible did not need to be covered for a "specialist" visit. They double charged me by having me do self pay then filing with insurance, so they owe me $120. I have called continually trying to get my refund for the last 5 months and still have not received it, there is always an excuse as to why it hasn't been mailed. I doubt I will ever see that money. Seriously stay away from this place!!!
