Great Doctor. I had seen another spine specialist and he wasn't really that helpful. Dr. Francke listened to my issue's and reviewed all my medical record's and came up with his own diagnosis. It was really helpful. While I still have issue's and probably will eventually have to have surgery , He has done everything possible to avoid surgery and relieve my pain as much as possible.

Courteous staff and Dr. Francke makes an effort to ensure the patient understands their diagnosis along with the prognosis. Likewise he is always more than willing to answer any questions the patient has. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Francke he’s awesome he showed me everything that’s was wrong and I really appreciate everything he explained to me cause now I can let my mind at ease. He’s very explanatory and I like that cause I was confused at first till he showed me my images and explained it right there. Would I recommend him to someone else YES. Dr. Francke I thank you so much.

Very professional and thorough. He took his time explaining everything he saw on my X-rays and informed me of all the options I have. The PT he ordered was life changing for me. I will recommend to anyone who needs ortho.

I had a excellent experience. The staff and doctor were very professional. The team from the front office receptionist to the technical and examination staff were extremely attentive to ever detail. Dr. Francke was excellent, he explained the X-rays and related issues in simple straight forward terms that were easy to understand. I highly recommend Piedmont Orthopedic to those in need of their medical services.

I thought before when i had this done that someone wheeled me to door. My husband was in the car waiting on me per note on door. My feet were really numb. Thankful for a girl that was in that office helped me.
