Horrible bedside manner. Lack of thorough exam. Doesn’t listen to patient’s concerns.

He is dismissive arrogant does not listen to or address the patient. Charged $165 for less than 10 minutes. Charged another $333 for 3 views of knee. Total of $498 for nothing. Whatever insurance does not cover he will make sure you pay $498...not a penny less...for 10 or less minutes. Would have been less than 5 minutes but I shamed him into showing me and explaining the xray and actually examining my knee vs just report on xray. HIGHLY encourage you to find a different doctor.

I had surgery with Dr. Simon. It was a terrible experience at the surgical center he sent me home with pain medicine I was allergic to and then refused to give me anything else. This after major surgery and putting 5 screws in my arm. I also have other major medical issues that he did not seem to work with or care about.

Dr. Gary Simon is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is great at explaining things in detail with me about my injury surgery and recovery making me feel quite comfortable in his care. He has made sure that I have no unanswered questions and insisted I text him at any time even nights or weekends if I had a concern about something.I would recommend him a thousand times overThe staff at the facility is great as well. I have been very pleased with my Resurgeon’s experience.

Dr. Simon is a very knowledgeable and personable doctor. He’s funny and makes you feel at ease. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone that needs ortho care.

Dr Simon wasnt helpful and was harmful as he released me to full time work when I couldnt even walk. He works for workers comp not his patients. He knew I had a torn meniscus but said it was arthritis. He should be sued for age discrimination as that is what he perpetrates

I injured my knee at work as a flight attendant. I hadhigh hopes of receiving good medical treatment from Dr Gary Simons as an an orthopedic Dr whose speciality is with knee injuries I understandhe had suffered a knee injury and surgery. I was sadly mistaken and disappointed by the lack of care received from Dr Gary Simon. He acted at first like he was anxious to help looked at my swollen knee and and had me get an MRI. He had looked at the Xray which showed some minor arthritis in the knee. I was very surprised when I returned a few days later with the MRI and Dr Simons acted like a different person...a real Jekyll and Hyde change in him. He walked flippantly into the room and announced You have arthritis...aaand a slight torn meniscus. He talked about the arthritis and only at my insistence spoke about the torn meniscus which he totally downplayed. He ordered physical therapy 2x wk4wks. He released me back to work without informing me.still have injurycant work. 1 year now

I will never go back to Dr. Simon or this medical practice. He is dismissive arrogant does not listen to or address the patient and their problems and when he recently diagnosed me with arthritis he simply shrugged his shoulders and said What do you want from me? I didnt give it to you. Bear in mind this is the same doctor that only a year ago diagnosed that I needed a meniscus repair on that knee but now that problem has mysteriously gone away and its arthritis. Their treatment of patients is appalling and it seems to be a pervasive thread that runs through this practice Resurgens as I have experienced other doctors in this practice. He is by far the worst doctor I have had the displeasure of dealing with and who simply does not care about your well being or making sure you are getting the proper care and treatment. I saw him repeatedly in the first 4 months of this year and each and every time it was the same nasty arrogant attitude of a doctor who just shrugs his shoulders and turns his back on you. But they always make sure to run as many xrays first thing before the doctor even seeing you so they can rake in as much money as possible for nothing.
