Horrible. I was told they didn’t have basic equipment to diagnose urinary pain was told to schedule another appt at a different GA urology center and wait a whole month for that new appt. Was charged $300 and wasn’t even given anything for the horrible pain I was in.

I scheduled two appointments with this office and both times they have called to cancel stating the Doctor wouldnt be available. A total waste of time I could have made an appointment with another practice who actually care about patients.

Not only is everyone in that office incompetent but extremely rude. The doctor has yet to call in my prescriptions. Its been 2 days and they tell me she forgot. The rude lady that answers the phone hung up on me because she didnt like my attitude when I was trying to find out why they havent done their job. I never said a curse word nor called her names. She was trying to give be excuses why the doctor hasnt called in my script. I will be contacting an attorney about this matter because as far as Im concerned this is unacceptable. I will also be slamming this info on social media outlets letting people aware of how you handle patients. If I do not receive my meds tomorrow I will be contacting Medicare.gov and the State Medical Board as well as the home health agency about this unprofessional conduct and incompetent practice.

Had a 1010 appointment time 1050 and still waiting to be called back. This is the only profession that gets away with this type of treatment no pun intended of paying cuacusto.

I’ve been Dr Kaplan’s patient for two years and highly recommend him. His Staff has always been kind and considerate. He and the Nurses always take time to answer questions. They are very good at keeping appointment times.
