Thought he was okay at first but over time have gotten more dissatisfied. Did not explain procedures was surprised to find it costs $100s not a copay using anesthesia and its not fda approved. Wouldnt give me a note for work that I need to sit as needed when they wanted me to stand constantly. And wont renew prescription that btw is not a pain medicine or controlled by regulations. Dont understand it at all. He knows the pain Im in. I dont use prescription pain medicine. I dont go in that often maybe 23 times a year. So all of a sudden he doesnt want to treat me? Why not just say do? Ill gladly go elsewhere. Sometimes I think doctors are burned out after they practice about 10 years and they no longer care about helping. Have seen him for about 6 years. Seriously considering finding someone else who cares.

Dr. Jacob Strong has treated me for a variety of conditions over a period of 4 years most recently for a large synovial cyst on my spine as a result of DDD. Over the course of numerous appointments and treatments Dr. Strong has proven to be a totally dedicated and thorough healer. I have come to know him well have observed his caring and dedication in multiple office and surgery centers. Every other patient I have encountered through my experiences has shared my view...so very grateful.

They ordered xrays before anyone even talked to me it was they very first thing they did after I arrived and then it turned out the xrays were not needed. The doctor only looked at them as an afterthought right before I left. Therefore my bill was an extra $70 for no reason. Then when I questioned why I should be billed for unnecessary xrays they never returned any of my calls. Very disappointed.UPDATE After about 6 or 7 phones many of which where never returned I finally spoke to someone who reimbursed me for the xrays so I changed my rating from 1star to 3. If it hadnt taken so many phone calls I might have considered a 4star rating.

Dr. Strong has very good bedside manners. Extremely thorough and took the time to speak with me as a new patient. With a fixed income and $50 is the cost for Specialist you really want to get the Doctors attention and time. He tries to think of options to help you and recommends that you call him if you have any problems. We know its hard to get Doctors after a visit but just the offer was a good sign to me.

Dr. Strong thinks a shot will heal everything. Told me nothing was wrong then to find out I was injured. Also told me that a MRI had not been approved by my insurance which it had.
