Dr. Casiano MD. is an amazing doctor. She explains everything in great detail and she gives you many options. She is honest and caring. She takes a personal interest in caring for her patients, and she makes sure you're comfortable every step of the way. I wouldn't trade Dr. Casiano MD for anyone else. I wish more doctors were more like her.

"Horrible gynecologist, keep away. Had appointment for my plan exam. There were no specific complaints, but I regularly (1-2 times a year) pass a routine check-up at the gynecologist. I came to her, paid for the visit and she refused to inspect me. She answered with an arrogant attitude - “Seems like women from Europe (Casiano from Russia, by the way) are very fussy about their health. Americans do not worry at all, they are checked once every 2-3 years". I did not believe that I hear that!! Incredibly awful attitude! Another gynecologist was very friendly and accepted me without any problem" Also insurance didn't cover the visit so for $200 we saw her royal highness who said there is no reason for a visit! ubuy.me

My girlfriend saw this doctor today and she was terrible- completely unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. Her response to one of her concerns regarding birthing options due to her bad back, which she’s had 5 epidurals and surgery on because She was becoming paralyzed, was “if you can spread your legs, which you obviously can, then you can give birth vaginally.” Never stated if she looked at the MRI She brought in, never asked questions about her situation, just did a curt nod and said “I heard” when She would try to explain things. She am switching practices by this afternoon.

Dr Casiano is very informative and friendly. If you have questions she will take the time to answer them and give you suggestions. I came in with a specific concern and instead of prescribing me a drug, she recommended a vitamin to see if it would help and if my concern had no changes she would prescribe me a medication. I love this approach-- every time I can fix something in a natural way I do and Dr Casiano is a doctor who understands and respects that. Five stars!

She is amazing! She listens and Eventhough she has many patients, she can connect with each and everyone. She is the best! Been going to her practice for years and always request to see her!!!
