I had my visit with Dr Duffield for my messed up left knee. (I also see Dr Lamberson for my shoulder and Dr Francke for my back...but today it was Dr Duffield.)I was warmly welcomed and treated with respect throughout my visit. I had X-rays done and then was put into my room. I never had to wait but for a few minutes at a time between tasks.As always, Dr Duffield was knowledgeable, informative and candidly discussed my options without pressuring me to take any action. I elected to have an injection and he did it quickly, efficiently and as painlessly as I could have hoped for.I couldn't imagine ever going to any other group of Dr's for my orthopedic needs.

I saw Dr. Duffield today for pretty severe pain in my right shoulder that I have been trying to manage on my own without success. He was kind, asked numerous questions, listened to all I had to say. I was X-rayed, and after review of the films, the doctor explained my issue, my options and I am completely satisfied with the plan of treatment. The staff members from the front desk, the assistant, x-ray technician and the staff at check out were pleasant, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and kind. I have found my orthopedic group! Thank you all.

No one ever likes visiting the Orthopedic doctor…but…if you have to go, Piedmont Orthopedics in Austell is the best place for professional front staff to back staff! I can not say enough about Dr Mark Duffield…who has been blessed with the skill to listen to his patients, offer the best treatment plan, explain what to expect…and make surgery ( if necessary) smooth process. The follow-up by his Assistant and staff isreassuring.Piedmont Orthopedics community is blessed to have the skill of Dr Duffield…trust me…the wait to see him is worth it…
