I had my first appointment today with Dr. Phillips and I must say I am very pleased with my experience i had today. The staff from the time I walked in were great and very professional. The nurse i had was also great, she was knowledgeable, informative and had a positive attitude. Dr. Phillips was also pleasing in all possible ways. After 3 different doctors I've finally found one to help.

I had a great experience with Piedmont Orthopedics. They were able to fit me in quickly, I was not kept waiting for the doctor and the staff was pleasant and extremely competent. In one short visit I had a x-ray, a diagnosis and treatment regimen on an issue that plagued me for months!

Alex explained mri and alternatives plus provided me with shots and did a. Phenomenal job giving them.I have had no bleeding or pain and hands and fingers are better.

Everyone is so nice and professional! Alex is great!

Dr. Phillips is great! She is easy to talk to, and she takes the time to address all of your questions.

I tried to make an appointment the woman was very disrespectful

Staff was okay. The only saving grace was the MRI technician and the x-Ray technician. They were the nicest people there. The doctor spent all of 2 minutes in the room with me. Had me walk across the room and lift my arm. He left the room and the nurse came back with print outs of PT exercises and a theraband. Did not go over them with me. No indication on the print outs of how often to do them (those areas were left blank). They told me I needed to schedule an MRI. Anytime I asked a question to the doctor/practice in MyChart, it took days to respond and they didn’t answer my question. My primary doctor responds in the same day, that’s right, I get a response from my doctor.Had the MRI, had an abnormal finding, report said I need a referral for an ultrasound. I asked for a referral. They said that they would not refer me for an ultrasound because it is not something they would be handling so it would be a waste of their time.That is literally why a doctor refers you somewhere else, because they can’t handle it.That’s okay, my primary doctor would not be handling it either, but she gladly referred me for an ultrasound.I have always heard that orthopedic surgeons are horrible to work with and for. I believe it. Maybe a different doctor in the practice would have given me the time of day, but Dr. Francke does not appear to care. I would sum this place as lacking detail, care, and compassion.

The staff and Dr. Sierra are awesome. They treated me for chronic hand pain and severe stiffness. The plan of care has improved the functioning of my hand and it has allowed me to do much more. Thanks Piedmont Orthopedics.

Great doctor. Bit please dont think you. Well get medicine u need timely manner .Went docs tuesday said call in scripts o am in so much pain cant even get my meds.wed. nothing call thursday what about meds doc gave takes minutehoney well monday here we are still begging for them call in medicine Docs great staff not so much.
