Be a patient here for over 10 years and every time I have some type of illness from a small cold to most current issue of Gout and they tell me I must make an appointment. I am in extreme pain and they don't care all they want you to do is make an appointment to get $50.00 from you. So I call to make the appointment and they don't have anything available until 2 to 3 weeks, What About my pain today??????I told them upfront I do not want pain medicine I want something for the inflammation of the Gout not pain medicine. This office does not care about you or anyone they only want your money and the customer service is terrible. I will be changing primary care doctors as of today. This office has been like this for years and I always brush it under the rug but not anymore because I do not want someone else to go through the pain of waiting the 2 to 3 weeks to see a non responsive, terrible customer service, inadequate office staff and all around worse practice in the entire state of Georgia maybe United States. They should have their corporation come in to do a review of this office and the office staff because an entire rebuild should be done ASAP>

Do not go to this facility. They’re very unprofessional. Customer representatives are very rude. Never have any available appointments for families to see the doctor. I wouldn’t even give this office a 1 star.
