Went in for sore throat and wouldn't get attention unless taking a covid test! Didn't examine my throat at all and disappointed!

The medical staff was efficient and organized handling a large number of people getting tested. Dr. Carter was knowledgeable and quick to call in my needed prescription, she even followed up with a phone call.

I was not expecting this location to be open on Christmas but I’m so glad they were! It was so busy but Torie and Shayla got me and my son in as quick as they could. Despite the crowd and cranky people these ladies stayed positive!!!

Despite the VERY high demand for Covid testing, the staff and doctors were very professional working late hours.

My visit was not the ideal urgent care situation I am accustomed to. There was an extremely long wait, understandably so due to the unprecedented events of Covid testing demands. However, the young man did an amazing job of managing his tasks all while attending to unhappy people impatiently waiting to be seen. I really commend the staff for enduring the long and stressful hours to make sure the patients of this community are in good health! Thank you all!!

The staff was friendly and informative, the visit was quick but not rushed and they took great care of my 8 year old son.

Arriving @ the office @ 8, once I got to the desk I was advised the next available appt was @ 10:50. After returning @ my scheduled time the Queen who assisted me apologized for the wait, which spoke volumes of the team recognizing the importance of their patients time. The staff I experienced from check-in to release is why I continue to come to this location regardless of wait time ( out of their control). These professionals care and it's appreciated!
