List of Quantum Radiology's Reviews
I called to schedule an HSG. I spoke with two people, one who had to confirm it was okay to proceed with an HSG as I am an atypical case (PCOS and Endometriosis). The appointment was scheduled and I was contacted by a third person to confirm all of my information (cycle history, infertility issues, etc.) I go in for the appointment and they tell me I will have to have a blood pregnancy test to confirm I am not pregnant. Totally fine. Radiology tech came back and said she had to confirm with her boss it was OK to order the blood pregnancy test. I said "that's fine." She comes back again and says the system will not let her order it, the doctor performing said HSG will have to order it. Totally fine. 15 minutes later, she comes back and says that the radiologist DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PUT THE ORDER IN!!!!! In my head I am thinking "You have got to be kidding me..." At this point, I'm in tears. This is the second HSG I have attempted the last 2 months and neither were able to be completed. It is being frustrating that there is no communication, a DOCTOR doesn't know how to put an order in and I get pushed back another month or two because of someone's negligence and incompetence. I have been fighting infertility for 15 years and to have yet another roadblock because of someone who is incapable of ordering a blood test is very heartbreaking and discouraging.
Tried for 7 hours to get through to schedule some imaging. Tried different hours of the day to see if I could get through to someone, no dice. Went in person and they were unable to help me.
Renee is wonderful. Not only did she give me the information I needed regarding accessing my mother's imaging records, she offered some much-needed advice on caring for my mom during her senior years.
Very friendly caring team
Fontdesk is not efficient.
Excellent service, personal and professional, the technologist Marie high quality of care, very satisfied with the care provided.
DISCRIMINATION DISCRIMINATION DISCRIMINATION. I am legally married to another dude and they would not let me in the building with him due to Covid. Thats not how this works, policy or no, spouses must be able to provide assistance to one another. We live in the same damn house...if he has it, so do I. This is absolute backwoods Georgia homophobia!
As I entered through the front sliding doors “with” my mask on, I was told by a lady behind the desk to go back outside and they’d come let me know when I could come in. 1st, there was no sign on the door saying this. 2nd, it was cold that morning. And 3rd, she could’ve been a little more polite. If you want the patients to not enter, let them know before they get there. Have them stay in their vehicle until they are called by a staff member.
I was waiting ahead of several people, and they lost my folder and several ppl skip me when I was waiting for 1hr. I ask the nurse when is my turn and she left to bring in more people....I was already upset but that made me more upset. Finally, I was told its my turn after being skip by several people. When I sat down the lady had already have a needle on the table. I was very skeptical and should have spoken up. She then grab another needle to mix with the needle that was already on the table. She only used one needle...hopefully it was the new one. All I have to say, I had a very bad experience and wish I did not rush or went somewhere else. The waiting is one thing but I am still thinking about that needle on the table that was already there til this day and finally decided to post this on the website. For anyone reading this, speak up and ask them to throw that needle away if you think its already been used.
I was 3 minutes late after being stuck behind a wreck on Austel Rd. and was turned away I couldn't believe it I have to reschedule so I will try Kennestone

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
