Dr. Belagaje and his nursing staff are amazing. They take the time to explain what's going on in an easy to understand manner. They are respectful and take their time. What I took stars off was for the records staff. You can forget getting paperwork completed for disability in a timely manner. I was told a week, then 5 days, and then 7-10 business days. Then they pretty much called me a liar and said they'd get to it when they can. I've never dealt with such rudeness and unprofessional attitudes before.

My husband began having excruciating pain in the back of his neck and down his arm. He saw Dr Francke on March 1. Dr. Francke was great as was his office staff. Dr. Francke understood the severity of my husbands pain and asked me to get him cleared with the ENT since he would have to go in from the front of his neck. He told me his scheduler would be calling and would get him in within the next week or so. His scheduler, Ann, never called so I called her. I left message after message and she never returned our calls. In her defense there was a problem with the insurance initially. My husband went to the surgery center last week and they told him he wasn’t on the schedule but she put him down for March 29, 2022. She told him the nurse would call him to get his medical history. She did and told him someone from the surgery center would call the day before with a time. No one called so he called the surgery center today only to learn he was taken off the books because his insurance didn’t approve it. The scheduler didn’t bother to let us know at any point she didn’t get it precertified. He called the insurance company and it was approved today, but the scheduler hadn’t checked back to see.

Best orthopedic surgeon that I've met. The staff are professional and very knowledgeable. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

May 2019, I broke my calcaneus (right heel) and Dr. B (as I would call him) performed my surgery to repair my heel. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all the questions I had. When I was experiencing pain after the fractured healed, he listed to me and referred me to pain management. If you need an Orthopedic Surgeon, I would recommend Dr. Belagaje. Thank you Dr. B for your assistance.

The doctor was awesome staff members awesome he did an amazing job putting my broke ankle back together

Dr. Belagaje is amazing. I feel he really listens and cares about what you are saying. He explains things in a manner you can understand, shares x-rays with you and points out any issues he sees. He did my ankle surgery for me which turned out very well. A year later when I went back to see him again he actually remembered my husband and I as if no time had gone by. I highly recommend him!

He is thorough accessing the problem and he allowed me to decide on surgery. I like being able to see him at different locations. He is a good Doctor and I would use him again.

Had 2 surgeries each one made foot worse had to go to a specialist to fix all problems created by him,three surgeries when it should only have been one
