Front staff T. Washington wasn’t sanitizing iPads after each sick patient used it, one lady confronted her about clearing it cause she had COVID-19(she told her out loud)… she was gave a dirty look and later was heard saying a smart remark which was quickly “hushed” by a co worker.I was also placed in a dirty room during our wait to see dr.

This urgent care clinic has a system set up where they can text you once they're ready to take you back. Great, considering I believe my family had covid. I submitted an appointment request at 8 AM. I received a text to bring my family in, that they were ready for us at 2 PM. I actually received 8 texts from 2 PM To when we arrived at 2:20 PM. When we arrived at 2:20 PM, I paid my copay, and they instructed us to sit in the waiting room until they were ready for us. Myself and two small children waited an hour and 15 minutes in their waiting room,for covid tests. They still had children's toys present in their waiting room (during a pandemic?)Chairs were not blocked to encourage social distancing.During the time we were there, multiple covid patients walked In To see about the antibody treatments.If you're hoping to reduce exposure, then this this clinic isn't for you.Additionally, even though we paid a full copay, no additional testing was offered after the covid tests returned negative.We ended up driving down to Tallahassee to our normal pediatricians office, and we all had the flu. I paid double.copays because this clinic was only worried about shuffling us through. Additionally, they have a "review station" on the way out of the door that is being watched by the receptionist which makes it impossible to give any legitimate feedback.

They’re always friendly, fast, and efficient. I know if I need to be seen and receive a resolution to my medical issue, I can go here and get it done. I do not like going to the dr I feel like some places have you there for hours but not MainStreet!! They run what’s new essay, look you over, and listen!!

Had to do an online registration and had a long wait time but with the covid numbers as high as they are I expected that. The staff was very helpful and nice throughout the process. Will recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

This place is absolutely horrible. I have been sitting for 4 hours for a dot physical and still says and hour or 2 wait. On top of that a older lady came in after me and told them she was having chest pain. They told her oh it will be a 4 hour wait like come on seriously people.

Nothing but bad experience. Cannot get seen even when registering. I’m so over this.

The 2 NP's was helpful. But other than that staff not very knowledgeable on how things run..wait times horrible. They have a confusing process for scheduled Appts. Been there several times had scheduled apt but still can't see you until you go in register like you have done several times already 😡 but then the don't tell you that until you have sat and waited and it's 45 min after the appt time.

My experience was not good, I will not return, one star is over rating.
