Great staff but they NEVER have the line open to be able to make an appointment. I have to go to braselton every time now

Doctors are great! Love Dr. Bailey!Unfortunately front desk staff is rude and extremely unfriendly. Every time ( at least on 3 different occasions)I call to make an appointment for my child there’s an issue. They are unhelpful and don’t want to answer questions. The lines are always busy and they will put you on hold then hang up and when trying to call back they don’t answer. This is a Terrible way to treat a parent with a sick child. The Gainesville office is more understanding and friendly with their patients and parents. I don’t know if I will continue to use this office if this continues.

Absolutely love Dr. Gilbert! I took my daughters in for an ear infection last week and he was awesome. We also see Christy Floyd, Dr. Bailey and Anny! All the staff are great! I will definitely be asking for Dr. Gilbert specifically with future visits.!

The WORST dr office. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone to make sick appointments! They do a terrible job at making sure your taken care of in any way!

Dr. Gilbert is a Great Pediatrician. He took care of my Daughter when she was young. I would not take her to anyone else.
