The staff is quite amazing!! I’ve been so lucky to find them! So polite and caring!! Mustafa was awesome and nurse Wendy was the best!!! Oh and the sweet nurse that took my blood work she was so freaking fast I didn’t even realize she was done!!Thank for you making this crazy week a little less bad with your kindness. ❤️❤️❤️If you need a dr, this is the place you should be!!

I've been a patient there for over 20 years, I receive excellent care from caring, friendly and very kind healthcare professionals.

I'm frustrated because they offer COVID testing, Covid shots, but they do not offer the COVID antigen test.  Nobody can tell me why.  The Dr will write the order, but they will not run the test.  I have to pick up the orders and then go to Labcorp.  Why?  They have a lab that draws blood.  Why all the other COVID tests but not the antigen test?

I feel incredibly fortunate to have access to such caring and knowledgable medical personnel.  DR CATHERINE MORRIS has been my primary care physician for more than 15 years.  In addition to being thorough and competent, Dr. Morris's true caring character is evident through her listening and personal interaction.  She encourages and answers questions; I have never felt rushed during an appointment.   Her assistants share the same professionalism and care.Like most everyone, I occasionally need services of the Urgent Care facility -- I think 3 times in the past 5 years.  My visit this morning made me realize the importance of sharing my experiences.  The Clinic officially opens at 8 am; I arrived around 7:30 and was attended by  VIRGIL FIGUEROA,  Nurse Practitioner after a brief wait.  Examination, x-ray, diagnosis and treatment were completed in a caring, professional manner.  Coincidentally, I have been fortunate to be cared for by Virgil on each of my Urgent Care visits.  Like Dr. Morris, his knowledge, thorough examination and caring attitude remind me how truly fortunate Canton, GA is to be blessed with such outstanding medical personnel.   Liz, Virgil's assistant, shares the same care and concern.  In fact, I am happy to say through the years my interaction with reception, lab and radiology personnel reflect the same attitudes.  How rare is this?!

Pretty fed up with this place.  Now, when you get an x-ray done in-house here, they send it off to a Northside-affiliated radiologist group, who (despite Northside being IN my network) has OUT OF NETWORK providers read your x-ray, so your insurance doesn't cover it.  And they don't care.

I've been going to Medical Associates for 21 years; I was there today, seen very quickly by very nice and very skilled staff.

Dr. Forrest Powers at Townlake Northside.Absolutely a horrible experience I will never forget. He made me feel like he didn't want to touch me or be near as if I was a disease itself. Not sure if he felt uncomfortable with my race or not. He showed no concern as to why I was in so much pain in my joints, my back, neck, feet, hands, knees, right hip. He had no solution after test results came back. He offered to prescribe Celebrex to maybe help with my issues, but left the room with no prescription order. Then when I asked him about the prescription he made it seem like he had never suggested it. I felt horrible and so disappointed and I promised myself that I would never see another Rheumatologist again.

We have been patients of Dr. Todd’s practice for a few years. You couldn’t find a more caring practice with employee’s more dedicated to the patient than here.Dr. Todd herself is an example of the most thoughtful and concerned practitioner that I have ever had. A busy doctor that takes the time to talk with you like a friend. She won’t just hand you your blood work, she will explain what all the numbers mean. You really can’t ask for more.Do I trust this Doctor and practice. With my life!

My son has been seeing Mustafa Mukati as his PCP. I feel like I hit the jackpot. The difference I see in my child is night and day. His health has improved drastically. Mustafa Mukati not only took the time to listen to my concerns, but HEARD them and understood them. And came up with a plan together with my son and I. He went above and beyond to research, call and follow up to ensure we were on the right path and making progress. I have been trying for years for someone to HEAR me when I addressed my concerns and was never taken seriously. And finally someone has and the difference I have seen in my son in the past 4 months has been incredible. I highly recommend Medical Associates in Ballground. All of the providers there are awesome.
