Their compassion and patience. I had just been released from the ER that morning so I was under the weather. It was not a related issue for this appointment, but they made special accommodations for me and I appreciate the help. dr. Bolch is always aware what’s going on with you he looks at the information and comes up with. What’s your name? It’s been a wonderful experience working with him.

My husband had a heart attack and Dr. Bolch was the attending physician in ER, put my husband in the hospital for a week then gave him a follow up appointment the next week at 11:00 he waited in the waiting area of his office for almost an hour, he went to the counter and explained that he had another appointment they said if you can’t wait on him then you will have to reschedule ??we made the appointment for the next week and I called to confirm his appointment and they said he didn’t have an appointment someone may have not put it in, I asked for the office manager Edna it went to her voicemail saying leave a message and number and she would call back, it’s now 2 days later and NO PHONE CALL!! Worst doctors office I have ever seen they are all rude and very unprofessional I wonder if the doctor knows how slack his office staff is?????
