I chose this dr when I moved to the area. I never had a problem with other Dr's before about giving me medication refills. I have taken the same medication for over 10 years and this dr only gives me enough refills for a few months. He then makes me come into the office for him to approve more refills. Which means I have to take off work for litterally a 5 minute appointment that he will end up charging me hundreds of dollars for. I show up for my insurance paid annual physical every year but he still wants me to come in every couple months just to get approved for medication refill instead of doing it over phone. I think if I got to go into the office I'm just going to find someone new now. Never really liked him and last time I was there it took him 45 minutes past my appointment time to finally see me.

Dr. Terrelonge is very thorough and caring! The office staff always have a positive attitude in person and on the phone! Very professional!

I've been going to Dr. Terelonge for 12 years. I trust him 100% with mine and my childrens' lives. Moved 30 mins away but wouldn't dare change doctors. Truly one of the best doctors I've been to in my 51 years. Dr. Terelonge does NOT disappoint!

If I could give no stars I would! I had a 3:30 apt. Didn’t see the doc till 4:30! When I walked in the room it was used and dirty. The med assistant played it off like the doc sat on the table...I know better!! Doc didn’t care about a thing I said, I had to ask for blood test and still have not got a call about results almost a month later!!! Do not go here unless no other options! They don’t care about anything other than #’s and $’s!!!!!

Horrible place. The doctor is a joke. Has almost killed my dad twice now by giving him medications he shouldn't have with all his medical conditions and the other time was stopping medications that were not suppose to be stopped. Over the last year this man has watched my fathers health decline and him loose over 100lbs, sick everyday of his life and has yet to do anything other than saying once he became sick enough and weak enough he would put him in the hospital on a feeding tube. No answers, no diagnosis. Nothing. He simply does not care.. No one ever returns calls, including the office manager. If you need refills called in forget it. This place nor the doctor care about the patient all they care about is the money.

I went to Terrelonge for help with a medical problem. He ordered a bunch of blood tests, talked with me for 10 minutes. There was NO FOLLOW UP at all, but I've been billed in excess of $400 for the visit, even though I have good insurance. I would NEVER recommend this office to anybody. I received NO help and a $400 bill.
