This was my first time visiting this urgent care facility. I was very pleased with everyone from the front desk to the back office. I was very lucky because there was only one person waiting to be seen before me. That was pure luck with timing!

Went to have sprained ankle xrayed waited almost an hour for them to let me know. No fracture. No dislocation. No break but yet PA pushed me to get a boot. I told her I had one at home. Medicare doesn't cover one. Told me you may get a small bill. Really??' Pushed crutches even though I walked in under my own steam. Supposedly sent rx to my provider. Never sent. Totally waste of time and money. As my mother in law used to say , "that and better will do."

Great experience, we made an appointment online to get my oldest son seen , getting registered with Kesha was very easy and she was so helpful, and just a joy to talk to! She provided the best patient service in my opinion. My son’s experience with the provider was great as well. We were seen in a timely manner and taken care of.. but Kesha really made the experience the best possible, she is awesome!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly! From the front desk, the doctor, all the way to the discharge lady! Definitely will be my new UC spot!

Staff was nice but the wait was terrible! It took 2.5 just to get a Covid test. I was positive so I exposed a lot of people while sitting and waiting in the waiting room. They really need to figure a way to speed the process up so less people are exposed.
