Dr. Andre Schoeffler is the very best doctor in the world. Has always got me out of pain, never put me in pain. He is pleasant, has a good sense of humor and so very smart, because he listens, the first time you tell him.

I have been using Dr. Schoeffler for almost five years after having a heart attack. He has been nothing but kind & honest with me. I suffer from severe PTSD & anxiety about going to a Dr or a hospital (as well as from other things) I don't feel as anxious as I usually do because I have gotten to know him better. I am thankful to find a Dr I can talk to & he listens.

If I could post a (-5) star rating, I would. I am a doctor and would not recommend this physician to anyone. Dr Schoeffler is the reason my healthy, competitive running dad had a stroke at 69yo. He took my dad off of cholesterol meds and aspirin without good reason, saw my dad the day he initially had symptoms of a stroke and SENT HIM HOME after a single blood test while my dad was so dizzy and off balance he couldn’t walk. Thus, my dad was not eligible for TPA and now has residual deficits he will never overcome. Dr Schoeffler should not be practicing medicine.

Office staff acts as if you are such a burden. They have no idea we are paying their salaries. Dr. Schoeffler is ok but will not deal with office staff to visit him. You are talking to a wall while trying to speak with staff. Waste of your money and time. Our opinion.

difficult to get office to call back after leaving a few messages. Staff needs more training in understanding that patients feel a need of urgency. Calling back in a timely manner is just a courtesy

Worst doctor and staff I have ever had. This doctor was not interested in me or my welfare. He doesn’t listen. He doesn’t care. Or, if he does, it doesn’t show. His staff is equally awful. The billing department is the absolute worst. Looking for another doctor.
