been going here for the last 7 years and have seen a decline. Many many mistakes and errors. Since we are in a Pandemic competent health care should be provided. Front office staff is the main culprits. Incompetent to say the least. There is not enough space here to list all the complaints esp. lately. And yet they are opening up yet another office in Hiawassee when I cant get competency here in Blairsville. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Heres the best advice I have to offer Dr. Crystal Gary....do some research on the Rxs CymbaltaDuloxetine and Lyrica before so readily handing them out and continuing them like candy for people These prescriptions were given to my mom and continued for 10 years now have truly done nothing but harm to her Made an appt with you to wean her off of these drugs you refused to even come into the room Where are the ethics and actual doctoring abilities? Lack of knowledge within this office is slowly and painfully killing people Office staff does NOT return phone calls. Rxs are either NOT called in OR called in INCORRECTLY. PAs in Blue Ridge location are rude incompetent. These people are not even aware of medicine interactions when it is YOUR responsibility to check these things The Garys raised a stink regarding my dad turning to Hospice Theyve gotten my mom ALL messed up with drugs she NEVER EVEN NEEDED but cant JUST QUIT Theyve ignored her cry for help to be weaned off these drugs This office makes the Garys become very rich people at the expense of their patients health. SHAME ON THEM

Dr. Crystal Gary is knowledgeable and professional. Have seen Dr. Crystal for physicals and other issues over time. At each visit she listened asked questions answered questions developed a plan to find the root cause and ordered testing. Last fall during a very stressful time I I was given a low dose BP med which she explained I may only need short term. She was so right. M. George RN

Love her My experience with Dr. Crystal has always been favorable. She and her staff have always been friendly and she has never made me feel like she is in a hurry always taking time to answer my questions and explain results from tests. My husband goes to Dr. Tommy and he also has had only positive experiences.

Dr. Crystal is a good Dr. I guess but the office staff is a joke. Billing department obviously doesnt know what they are doing one time Ill have a credit next apt I will owe 3xs as much as normal copay then next time told they wont see me until I pay my bill which has somehow gotten to over $200.00 and no additional visits. They never follow up like they say they will about anything not even important results from tests that Dr has ordered or extremely important medications you are supposed to be on. They schedule fasting bloodwork and then make you wait almost an hour because the nurse is too busy goofing off. If you have more than a common sniffle find someone else.

CHOOSE ANOTHER OPTION In a rush and only in clinic a few hours half day weekly and reports reflect hurried inaccuracies. Nursing staff does NOT return calls. Waited 6 months for a bone density report and weeks for labs that showed deficiencies and no call or treatment. SHE just does NOT CARE like her rude husband who also works there. Every month is a nightmare to refill medications that she stated I did NOT have to come in for a physical monthly for...YET nurses do not reorder meds in a timely manner..Called two weeks ago with refills running out and again yesterday while insurance also sends requests and still waiting for refill. Jan June had syncope with blackout at falling at sink severe vertigo nystagmus eyes twitching back and forth so called office to relate to her and nurses ..BUT...NO return calls except first episode and even that late and other calls no response for months. Had abdominal and bladder pain issues and no tests ordered not even a urinalysis. STAY AWAY

Doctor Crystal is good and listens and helps but as far as her office staff and some nurses they dont do their jobs. Ive waited over a month for a preapproval to be filled out for some ointment to be filled and I called today to find out the nurse is still working on it.
