I had a Mommy Makeover and am very very pleased with the results. Dr. Pound did excellent work is very kind and has terrific office staff. Thank you so much.

I would post pics but idk how to do it on here but I got Botox in my forehead last Monday and and on tue I got a headache. the next day wed and got a shelf between my eyebrows and had tons of pressure I contacted the office and they were very rude both Cindy and also Elizabeth which are the 2 that work in the office dr pound told me if I had any problems he would get me bk in that week they scheduled me to come in the next week the headaches continued and the shelf got bigger on my forehead literally it looked like a shelf sticking off my forehead I called them bk and left a message for them to please call me back that was on Thur still no call and at this time my pound had hurt every since that Monday finally Sunday I had to contact a primary care dr and bother her on Valentine’s Day with her family because I was in so much pain with pressure and headache. She told me that he put too much in or it could be a reaction or both to just try my best to treat the headache is all I could do. I emailed the office at dr pound again on Sunday and still have not heard back and now there is a dent in my forehead where that shelf was..... I DO not recommend them at all If you want to see pics you are more than welcome to email me and I can because I have taken them from the beginning of the process. I am looking into further options on what to do this is not how a professional medical office should handle situations like this

Dr Pound remove the bags from underneath my eyes and in the process pulled my lower eyelids down so far I looked absolutely horrible… He then tried to do a reconstructive surgery to fix that but was not able to… I went to another doctor and he corrected the problem… Dr. Pound’s office manager is horrible she does not answer your calls she will not return calls and she took 4 12 months to schedule the 2nd surgery.. Which was horrible for me. I don’t mean to be negative but this experience was terrible.

Very dissatisfied remove the bags from under my eyes and pulled my lower lids down I looked horrible… He gave me a reconstructive surgery and could not fix the problem… His office manager is horrible she does not answer calls she will not return your call it took her 4 12 months to schedule the reconstructive surgery… And still I looked horrible… I had to go to another surgeon and he corrected me… Just sharing this info I don’t think he knows how to do eyes

I visited Dr. Pound after he was highly recommended to me.  I have met with him and his assistant Elizabeth on all my visits.  They are always friendly professional and make you feel comfortable.  He is an excellent doctor and truly cares about his patients.  They have exceeded my expectations in all areas.
