Excellent care from this doctor and staff. Everyone was so caring and professional. Dr. Barnes was great at answering questions and giving reassurance. Very patient and kind. The technicians and nurses also were wonderful. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Thank you to all for the best care that anyone could ask for. Highly recommend this practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Barnes and his staff at Cancer Center of Blairsville. I was treated with compassion and kindness by Dr. Barnes and wonderful staff. All of my answers and fears were answered to my satisfaction during my 6 12 weeks of radiation. My treatments were during the Covid pandemic and I always felt safe and comfortable there. Masks was worn by Dr. Barnes and staff at all times.

I had 34 radiation treatments at Cancer Center at Blairsville. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Barnes and his staff. I was treated very professional but also with compassion from Dr. Barnes and his highly knowledgeable staff. I was also treated with kindness and felt very comfortable with his staff. Always listened to all my concerns and I wasnt uncomfortable asking any questions. I would highly recommend them.

I just received 34 rounds of radiation after a double mastectomy for breast cancer and just finished up the radiation treatments early April 2021. I was hesitant at first due to my radiation beginning so closely to the time I had the mastectomy. But Dr. Barnes and HIS STAFF did a marvelous job taking care of me. They answered all my questions and seems like I had them daily with such kindness and understanding. And I felt as though I was receiving the BEST OF CARE. They did not radiate my scar until the last week of radiation so my scar was given time to heal. I did not have much of a reaction at all to the treatments and when I did....................nurse Maggie went out of her way to give me samples of creams and they all worked perfectly. My oncologist and surgeon at Emory Winship Cancer Institute were amazed how well my skin did and were thrilled with the overall treatment and care I received at Dr. Barnes office. The daily trips became something I looked forward to as I became friends with all the staff and have actually missed their smiling faces since my treatment ended. SO all said...........dont be afraid and let THEM take care of you. They are absolutely wonderful and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had 34 treatments at the Blairsville Cancer Center. I would highly recommend this treatment center. Not only is the staff very efficient and organized they are so kind and compassionate. I feel very blessed that they are a part of our community and if the need ever arises again I would not consider going anywhere else.
