Mary Beth Wiles's Online Review Report Card

I called this office twice trying to get a new patient appointment for my husband. We were looking for a more specialized doctor due to my husbands medical issues. I was advised that someone would call us back to give us a medicalinterview. She then proceeded to tell me that the results would be sent to the doctor to look over decide if she wants to accept you as a patient which is not normal. And whats funny is NO ONE ever called us back This practice is a JOKE Luckily we found a highly recommended Internal Medicine physician in Hiawassee.

Literally saved my life 9 years ago when I had a heart attack and had no other doctor to call on. I had made an appointment but hadnt been seen when the heart attack happened. I would not have gotten the help I needed if not for Dr. Wiles. The entire staff is patient and kind. The vaccine for Covid19 was given without request for they made the appointments and all we had to do was show up. My personal feelings are this is where doctors can do their best in getting help to their patients over patients searching high and low for a place to go. Again the staff at the both Dr. Mary Beth Wiles and Dr. Elizabeth Wiles are about caring for their patients especially in times such as these.

Dr. Elizebeth is the best.

My review is based on my experience with Dr. Wiles PA Jill Neilson since I never actually met Dr. Wiles in person. While I am sure she is well educated in Endocrinology she must have skipped bedside manner class. I’ve never been treated so rudely in all my life by anyone in the medical field. She takes no interest in learning or knowing her patients and is quick to dismiss you as a patient if you refuse any services in this case a flu shot already offered through primary. Then called my Dr’s office to extend her opinion of why I will no longer be a patient of hers before I could get there which was less than a two minute drive. Jill also did not call in my prescriptions as promised so now I’m left scrambling for refills until I can see my primary again to explain. Insulin is not something a diabetic can just do without My advice to her would be to go back and read the part in her schooling that says “First do no harm”. This is a business of service to the ill not just about money I’ve had the same set of Dr’s for 20 years back home and 6 years here at my primary so it’s sad to run across this in my search for good care

She is a wonderful. Thorough doctor. She knows her patients health. She continues her education and her knowledge of current procedures. This is a rural area and she has been an asset to help our hospital grow and getmore physicians. I think she is tops

I have been with Dr Wiles since she first came to Blairsville. The best with knowledge compassionknows her”stuff”. Have moved to Florida PCBand since hurricanedifficulty finding good medical careso still see her when in area.As a retired nurse it’ hard to find physicians you trust and she’s it

I cant recommend. I was a patient for about a year and got very little help. It was her way or the highway.

MaryBeth Wiles stuck a needle in the back of my mothers head and put my mother into shock .She needed to be rushed to the hospital from Dr. Wiles office. Her memory was severely effected. She had no idea who the president was or the knowledge that my father had died a few years before and thus the grieving began again. We had to teach my mother how to drive how to write checks to pay bills etc. The records from this day disappeared both from her office and the hospital where Wiles worked
