Medmark Treatment Centers's Online Review Report Card

I do not go to this place. I have a loved one that did . I hate this place. They say one thing and do another and they say they are going to wing them off and or never happens. Medmark is out for your money your life and all you ever were. Stay away from this facility and all that are like it. My loved one was nothing but an number. They mean nothing to the staff or doctors . Promise.

Broke down up here in Blairsville on our way home to Marietta. Needed to guest dose for 3 days and they ended up going above and beyond to do what they could to help us. Extremely thankful for this place. The director is definitely a lot more helpful and nice than the director at our home clinic. Definitely recommending them to anyone that needs them in this area. Joy, Shauna,and the dosing nurse are wonderful people and helped us when we needed it the most. Cant say thank you enough!!! ----Alicia and Brad----

Trying to guest dose and preparing to transfer and these people didn't care. The girl at the front desk was rude and is only nice to people who are regulars. One guy smelled strongly of marijuana and was still treated better than we were.

The staff are very caring and are great they go above and beyond to help the atmosphere is a professional andgood environment Joy Atkins really cares about the St aff and especially the patients

Patient of one year. My counselor Danny is the best I've worked with. Understanding and compassionate and truly cares about helping me. Alley at the front desk Deserves some type of reward for being such a positive influence every morning. She truly helps all involved by brightening up the room with her endless positivity. I recommend this place to anyone needing addicition treatment!

Love this place and the staff but gonna miss them when I leave!!!

I bring a friend every once in awhile...I mean it's helped them a lot but I still think it's a money racket that the government uses to sell drugs legally... Wish I could make a killing off people that are obviously already struggling but ya know I'm not that cold hearted!

In my life I have been many places, meet many people and experienced things many men will never see in a life time. I spent many years in the army and I am a combat veteran. When I got out the readjustment was just too much for me and in turn I turned to hard drugs. My life it seems had hit rock bottom, I lost everything that made me.... well me. So divorced and homeless and a horrible addiction. I contemplated suicide and attempted at least twice, no one likes to feel trapped or pinned down. Having absolutely no control of there life. But then I found this treatment center, from the first time I walked in the door I was greeted and surrounded by smiles. And for the first time in a long time I felt compassion. Not only did I find a way off of drugs but because of my counselor Joy, I finally found a way out. Joy listens and actually cares about my well being and keeping me on track. And not on time has she ever made me feel like I can't reach my goals of becoming clean and sober.Truly a good motivator and a excellent life coach, and I am truly grateful for everything she does and has done for me. Everyone one at this facility are all amazing at what they do don't get me wrong I can only tell you about my counselor because of personal experience. I been going here for 3 years and hands down the director Nikki has been the best for this facility. I believe she truly cares about each and every one of us as patients. She got the driveway paved, she got the inside remoldeled so there would be more room. you can always tell when someone loves there job and there's no hiding she loves hers. I am very grateful for everyone at med mark, and I am not ashamed at all for seeking help. If it was not for this great staff of professionals and care givers, I do not believe I would be here so from the bottom of my heart I truly thank you. If you have a problem with addiction you shouldn't go alone. Especially when these folks are here for you.
