Was going to take 6 weeks to see the doctor, after I came down with Afib then water in my lungs. Was an awful few weeks, in intensive care over Thanksgiving 2020. Therefore, wife found a renowned Cardiologist in West Knoxville that we got in to see in just 2 weeks.He immediately put me in a Life Vest that did save my life. I would have been Dead waiting on the folks in Blairsville. We've even moved back to E. Tennessee just 25 minutes from my doctor and 20 minutes from Heart Hospital.

Dr. Kelley and his staff are just great people. Knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. My son had an irregular EKG and they found out the source right away. I recommend them to everyone!!

Excellent doctors and great communication. Friendly staff. Started with them when they were Atlanta Cardiology 16 years ago. I am still here :D

I went in to have my medical records sent over to another dr office. The desk receptionist was VERY RUDE along with on of the nurses. I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK AGAIN!!

This is based off one bad experience with an employee and does not reflect the entirety of the staff:I have no clue who this woman is who answer calls, but I attempted to return a missed call from Piedmont Heart because the person who called did not leave a voice mail. I called and said, "Hello, my name is Shane Schroeder, and I was just returning a missed call." She said, "Well, there are 24 employees here so I don't know." She stated it in such a rude tone.I do not think I have ever been spoken to like this at any doctor's office before, especially as I try to be nice and easy to serve. I am unsure if I caught her on a bad day, which is entirely possible, but it was off-putting enough to write an enough review.

In and out with swiftness. Had an effortless echocardiogram and Caleb the technician was very professional and watching my heart valves open and close on the monitor was pretty neat.
