This a very clean office. They are all super friendly ( providers, nurses and office staff). I have never had any problems at the young Harris clinic. They are all well organized and friendly.

Beth dyer is fantastic. She is always my go to when someone is sick but the front office staff are extremely rude. We went in after speaking with Beth who told us to come and see her but someone named Candy was rude and extremely unprofessional but speaking down to us and making us feel like we weren’t welcome.

Walked into clinic today at 3:20p for flu and cold symptoms. Finally after waiting until 5:55p and still hadn’t been seen, nor any explanation offered, decided to leave. That’s a wait time of 2 hours and 35 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Only 1 person on staff seeing patience. So, I figured I’d go back home, As I could be just as miserable there. Patience and waiting in a walk in clinic are expected, but a wait of 2h, 35m is not a reasonable expectation. The clinic closed the doors at 5p and there were still patients ahead of me that hadn’t been seen. Thought I was in the Twilight Zone!

Friendly, comforting, quick, thorough, and simple explanations easy to understand. Really wonderful group of professionals there. I drove 35 miles past 3 other clinics just because I prefer them. <3

My first time going there and Jackie went above and beyond for me. She took her time out of her day to call and check on me and she doesn’t even know me besides being in her office for a few minutes. I definitely recommend her!

i love all of the staff at the union general hospital young harris clinic. today was my first visit there as a patient and every one there is so kind. thank you to my good friend jaclyn collins for excellent care today.
