The staff at Union County Schools have decades of experience in childhood education and also have the ability and resources to provide the safest possible environment for young children, including doors that lock and close, as opposed to Union General Child Care. The main entrance at Union General Child Care is often completely unmonitored by any employees. The main entrance door is faulty and often unlocked, and again, it is not monitored by any staff. This is the opposite of Union County Schools which require a double door system, and guests and visitors are buzzed in by employees who monitor the main entrance at all times. The staff at Union County Schools also have the understanding that parent's concerns about safety are to be taken seriously, whereas the director of Union General Child Care easily dismissed all valid concerns about the physical safety of the children with regards to the obvious shortcomings of the facility's minimal security features, as well as the children's private personal information (social security numbers, birth certificates, date of birth, immunization records, physical addresses) that are stored in unlocked offices, often unmonitored. For a higher quality education and far safer environment for your child please consider choosing Union County Schools.
