I love this office very clean and professional. I have been going since they opened the new facility however many years ago. My entire family both insured and uninsured use the many services offered at Georgia Mountains Health Blue Ridge and we have always received excellent care and follow up.

The only reason they deserve 1 star is because Dr. Felicia was very nice. However I tried to follow up with her a week after my appointment about my referral and prescription. I left a message with her nurse 3 times in one week and never heard back. I tried to call the front desk twice and could only leave a message. Of course I never received a call back. I am currently on hold with the front desk for 20 minutes. They have asked me to hold 3 different times now. It is impossible to get in touch with these people. It is so unprofessional to not return phone calls and leave someone on hold forever. Actually make that the 4th time Ive been asked to hold just now as I am typing this. I think they are very understaffed. I had gone in to see Dr. Felicia to establish care with her. She was nice but after this experience I will be moving my care somewhere else. UPDATE after 22 minutes on hold it sent me to a voicemail...wow

Large but uncomfortable lobby area. Located at the end of a road at a large modern building. Staff are pleasant. Guest WIFI would not connect.

If I could give this doctors office 0 stars I would. As a 17 year old I’ve heard doctors talking through the door about others as well as myself. What set me over the edge... After taking a mental health assessment my mother and I VIVIDLY heard every detail spoke.

They should not be getting funded money The doctor I seen said He wouldnt deal with me if my wife was asking the questions.Also his Nurse assist didnt explain the questions my wife wanted Answers for. Plus she didnt know.the doctor would not get on the phone with me.Not A very professional doctor.Would not recommend this office.Bad turn over rate
