Jennifer Jones does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
I'm confident that I would not be alive today where it not for Dr. Jones. She is very thorough and knowledgeable about getting you to the right staff for treatment should your care involve that of another physician.
Although the wait time after arriving for an appt. is excessive, Dr. Jones is efficient, thorough, caring and does not rush when with a patient. explaining why there is such a wait time. She is sincere and of upmost importance to us and many others, she is a Christian!
Yes, occassionally there is a wait; however, I have never felt rushed when I see Dr. Jones. She is an excellent doctor, knowledgable, compassionate, and she takes the time to provide a thorough examination and ask and answer questions. I highly recommend Dr. Jones.
Dr. Jones has been diligent in trying to help diagnose my problem. The staff are extremely courteous. The only negative is the wait time is usually at least an hour for a scheduled appointment. Dr. Jones spends time and asks questions. Her staff calls and schedules appointments and is extremely prompt at sending in prescriptions and following up with any lab work. Overall great experience!
Only seen her once. Second visit, I had to rescedule because I had waited for an hour and a half. Back for rescheduled appt. Been here for another hour and a half and was just told it would be another hour as I see several other patients come and go that got here long after I did....
I had my first appointment with Dr. Jones at the Blue Ridge office. I waited 40 minutes to be taken back. I was worked up and then told they were behind and I needed to get back to the waiting room. I was told 3 people were ahead of me. Mentioned I would wait 30 minutes and then leave. Shortly after the nurse supervisor came to me in the waiting room and told me they were 2 1/2 hours behind. I had already waited approximately 50 minutes. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. I asked by I was not called and given the opportunity reschedule before I drove an hour. No answer. Or at checkin. I told her I would not be rescheduling and I was not coming back. Office staff had no regard for patients. Awful management.
