I do not recommend Doctor Jones at all if you are referred to her find you a new doctor right away

There are times that you might have to wait some but many of her patients possibly including you are very very sick. You may someday appreciate a little patience from someone else.

Great doctor and nurses you can’t complain about a wait which has never been long when dealing with peoples lives takes time listens staff is awesome

Yes occassionally there is a wait however I have never felt rushed when I see Dr. Jones. She is an excellent doctor knowledgable compassionate and she takes the time to provide a thorough examination and ask and answer questions. I highly recommend Dr. Jones.

Dr. Jones is a amazing Dr who listens to you and has empathy and is highly intelligent. She is up on latest treatments and truly shows she cares about you and will spend as long as is needed to Hear any concerns or questions you have. The staff at the center are also amazing and Lacy needs a shout out as well for how much she does with the patients when it comes to Insurance and paperwork for Dr. Jones patients under her care. I recommend anyone who that wants to go to her understand that the wait is longer than any normal doctor or appointment you have had in the past but is well worth the wait. I believe the wait is so long because she Does her Job and listens to her patients She is the best doctor I have seen in 53 years of seeing doctors.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Jones at the Blue Ridge office. I waited 40 minutes to be taken back. I was worked up and then told they were behind and I needed to get back to the waiting room. I was told 3 people were ahead of me. Mentioned I would wait 30 minutes and then leave. Shortly after the nurse supervisor came to me in the waiting room and told me they were 2 1/2 hours behind. I had already waited approximately 50 minutes. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. I asked by I was not called and given the opportunity reschedule before I drove an hour. No answer. Or at checkin. I told her I would not be rescheduling and I was not coming back. Office staff had no regard for patients. Awful management.

Only seen her once. Second visit I had to rescedule because I had waited for an hour and a half. Back for rescheduled appt. Been here for another hour and a half and was just told it would be another hour as I see several other patients come and go that got here long after I did....
