I'm more than pleased that my dentist of record, Dr. Kevin Ward, recommended Dr. Alderman for my oral surgery needs. Going back a few years, Dr. Alderman replaced a missing lower molar with an implant, my first, which was a successful and painless procedure that continues to be successful. Back to the present, Dr. Alderman is soon to complete my second implant, an upper lateral incisor. I've nothing but good things to report about Dr. Alderman and his staff: extremely professional, very likable (that's important to me), explanations are clear and not in medical jargon, answers my many questions about the procedure, and offers nitrous oxide for the anxious/tense patient. Overall, I give Dr. Alderman and his staff '5 stars' based on my oral surgery treatment experiences.

Dr. Alderman took me in as a new patient for a molar extraction and he was fantastic. He is so pleasant he makes you feel at ease and explains everything. Love this practice and Dr. Alderman I am planning an implant with him. I can't than him enough!

WOW! Dr. Robert Alderman was truly a class act! He not only made me feel comfortable but called hours later to check on me after getting my wisdom teeth removed. I had so many nerves and worries but he was able to ease them all. I healed incredibly with no issues and it was all because of him! I highly recommend him!

I was disappointed in the how my 7-year-old son was handled in the procedure. He had to get 2 baby teeth removed. After the 1st tooth was removed he was nervous about the 2nd one. Dr Alderman did not stay in the room while I was coaching my son that he could be brave for 1 more tooth. We had to WAIT for Dr A's return to the bedside. Dr A was attending to another patient so it took quite some time (causing undue extra anxiety). Dr A asked my son if he wanted to come another day. I was not pleased with this option being given because OF COURSE a 7-year-old would choose to get out the procedure he didn't want to undergo. The unsettling part of this visit was that we were charged an extra $125 for "behavioral management". There were no extra staff used nor any coping management offered. As a pediatric RN myself at PMCH, children need a little extra TLC & any procedure is likely to take a little bit longer. The billing staff refused to remove the charge. This is not a peds friendly site.

I was happy to find a board certified oral surgeon who takes insurance. All went well with removal of a benign cheek nodule. The staff and Dr. Alderman are very professional, patient, and warm. The numbing shot was almost painless. I appreciated the call from Dr. Alderman on the evening of the surgery. Written post-surgery instructions answered all of my questions. Healing has gone well.

Both kids ages 18 and 15 were seen at the same time for wisdom teeth extraction consultation. The staff was friendly and helpful Dr Alderman was very personable and did an excellent job going over X-rays and explaining what needed done and why. Day of the procedure couldn't of went better. And a personal call from dr to see how they were. Worth my over hour drive to the office.

Dr. Alderman and staff are beyond amazing with the care and professionalism given to me prior, during, and even after a tooth extraction. I would highly recommend Dr. Alderman and his team to anyone needing oral surgery.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Alderman and his staff. My daughter had her third molars removed and they took excellent care of her before, during and after the surgery. Great office staff, location and Dr.!

Scheduling a consultation was easy. Appointments ran on time. Dr Alderman made sure I was ready before procedure started. Talked me through step by step as what to expect. Followed up in the evening with a phone call to be sure I was doing ok and if I had any new questions.

I was very pleased with how well my dental procedure went. I was feeling completely fine shortly after having an extraction and implant--which I definitely wasn't expecting. They made me feel completely at ease and answered all questions I had. I would definitely recommend Dr. Alderman to anyone needing dental surgery.
