Amber French's Online Review Report Card

I was very unimpressed with Dr. French. Made an appt for menopause symptoms not realizing this was just an consultation for her sales pitch. She was very arrogant and sure that my problems stemmed from my diet no matter how many times I assured that I was a healthy eater. She was adamant that the only way to "fix" my issues were with her bio-identical hormones. She was cold and harsh and seemed very uncaring of my problems and only interested in selling her product. I would have expected more from a doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. French for 6 months. During this time, I found her and her staff to be extremely knowledge, caring, and patient. I have postmenapusal syndrome and chose to try bioidentical hormones before I met with her. No sales pitch was necessary. It was difficult to find a method that my body accepted, as I am extremely sensitive to medications. Dr. French was always available to answer my questions and listened to my concerns. When your hormones are imbalanced, so are your emotions. No matter how many times I called, which were many, phone calls were returned within an hour. They always worked me into same day appointments if needed. I love her natural approach to health concerns. I have recommended her office to many friends.

Dr French is knowledgeable and has found the causes of my health problems other doctors missed. My health has improved measurably under her care.

Waited almost 3 months for appointment only to be handed a self administered hormone test not covered by insurance. No exam given at all; and time with doctor was not even 5 minutes. Totally unacceptable and unfair charge for office visit. Hope to save someone else the time and money.

I made an appointment to remove a polyp and hoped to have it done in the clinic, but she said I could bleed to death and needed to go to a hospital with a $13,000 cost. Went to another ob/gyn who said that was ridiculous since it was dead and he clipped it off. That cost me $1,000 with a new ultrasound, though her ultrasound was Correct showing the growth. Her diagnosis was not correct since it was dead and simply needed to be removed, so there was no bleeding and it was very quick. One snip and it was over. by another Dr.

I love Dr. French. She always takes time to answer my questions and I never feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable about gynecology and hormones. I highly recommend her.

I went to Dr. French to discuss HRT options where she sat behind her desk, recited a sales pitch for her product of bio-identical hormones and hardly took a breath in-between sentences. I certainly didn't feel like she cared about me as a patient. If you want to be a guinea pig, enjoy. She's adamant that hers is the best and don't ask for anything different, her whole attitude changed. I wish I could give 1/2 star rating, 1 seems too high.

I went to Dr. French for symptoms relating to peri-menopause. I wasn't aware that this was only for a consultation. She preceded to give me her "sales pitch" for her bio-identical hormones. She sat across the desk from me and basically read everything from her computer. When I asked questions she referred me to do research. I thought she was arrogant and not interested in solving my problems but selling her product.

I think Dr. French is very knowledgeable, listens to you and your questions. The staff is awesome

I have been a patient for five years, which is five year too long. I am fed up with her complete lack of listening skills and disdain. I will never go back.
