Outstanding experience starting over a year ago. Tried non surgical methods to help with severe hip pain that worked for almost a year. Finally scheduled surgery. Top notch staff using the best, most current methods. 10 days out, incision was healed very nicely and little pain from day 1. Never cut a muscle.

Only get to see a PA and he won't listen to me or respect my feelins. The staff refuses me appointments and makes the decision on whether or not I have a problem that needs to be seen by him. The docotor that did my first knee was awesome and it went so well this has been devistation for me

Knee replacement in December Now torn meniscus in r knee. Dr scales, dr Garcia and Jill are great. They have been a great team. They are polite, courteous and always there when I call.

After years of experiences with a myriad of orthopedic doctors, we finally found "The One." Dr. Scales was on time, to the point, and no-nonsense. He provided his opinion, gave me options with pros/cons, explained processes, and answered every question I had. His professionalism and confidence exude so much that there was immediate trust on my part. After years of dealing with knee issues with no defining solutions, I think Dr. Scales will be able to take care of me in no time. I will continue with him and will not hesitate to recommend him. Shelley, at the front desk, was so warm and friendly. I felt very welcomed and appreciated. Danielle, the doctor's nurse, was thorough, friendly, polite, and patient. Wholeheartedly, I can admit that I have not experienced this level of medical service in quite some time. This office should be commended.

Prepare to be there for awhile before you see the doctor. I spent over an hour in the examination room and never met the doctor. I was on time for my appointment and left after being there 1 hour and 15 minutes. Wasted my time not seeing a doctor and lost 30 minutes of pay due to being late for work.

Dr Scales and his entire staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend him and his PA Nathan for any Orthopedic concerns or problems you are having. Their office staff is also very professional and friendly.

My knee replacement with Dr Scales couldn’t have gone better. I never had to use the cane I had bought. In two weeks I was back to driving and my normal activities at a slower pace. I continued rehab and followed their exercises daily. It’s been eight weeks now and my only reminder is a slightly swollen knee His support team at the hospital is wonderful also

Dr. Scales was the only Dr. that DID NOT want to get rid of his patient in two hours so he could make more money that day. He insisted that I stay in the hospital for two days for treatment and observation. His PA and the Brasilton hospital were EXCELLENT !!! And my hip is good again.
