I am leaving a rating of one star because the system will not allow zero. I went to this Primary Care practice because my previous P.V. MD was 20 miles away and this practice was only 3 miles. BIG MISTAKE The system for communication is HORIBBLE HORIBBLE HORIBBLE Did I say they were HORIBBLE? I needed a prescription renewal so I started with a call to This doctors office and my PDP on August 8121. I called to advised that my PDP would be contacting them for a renewal as I was out of the medicine I had no remaining refills and since Id changed to a new doctor the PDP required her direct approval. Several days later the PDP called me to request I assist in the communicating with the Physician. The had sent three requests without any response. To date 81321 more requests from the PDP and myself have gone unanswered. Maybe they dont want to accept the inherent risk of a 75 y.o. patient in functionally good health.

I arrive for my appointment only to be told it was cancelled the day prior. Turns out the staff took down the wrong phone number. Despite me driving 45 min and despite me having to take off of work over 2 hours the staff said they couldn’t see me for another week when I would be “squeezed” in. Even the supervisor refused to correct this issue that they’ve caused. I’ve run a multispecialty medical office for almost 10 years and this is not how you treat any patients let alone new patients. I was looking forward to seeing this dr but unfortunately her incompetent staff has lost her what is most likely another patient.
