Faria Khan's Online Review Report Card

Dr.Faria Khan was one of the best doctors I've been to. She explained everything to me thoroughly and took her time. She was not in a hurry which I find many doctors now. She answered all of my questions and I will soon start allergy shots to help with my allergies. I would definitely recommend her.

I had to wait for a month to secure an appointment, but I was hopeful that I would finally get some answers. During my appointment, I described my symptoms in detail to the doctor. Based on my description, she concluded that my symptoms were not allergy-related. Even though I expressed my desire to proceed with allergy testing, she advised against it and maintained that it was unnecessary. As a patient, I felt hesitant to question her expertise, especially because she was quite friendly and personable. Given her firm stance, I decided to trust her professional judgment and forgo the allergy testing. Unfortunately, a month later, I find myself still struggling with the same symptoms and seeking a second opinion. In addition to the emotional frustration, I also incurred a $50 copay and took a day off from work for this appointment, which ultimately did not yield any meaningful results or help. I had the honor and privilege of having her assess my condition. She immediately put my mind at ease. She explained all the how’s and why’s of what is going on with me. At no time did I ever feel rushed or overwhelmed. I felt comfortable with her and her knowledge of the disorder. I felt she cared about what I am experiencing and put my mind at ease letting me know that there are thousands of cases like mine and it is not something rarely seen. I was so relieved. I would recommend Dr. Khan to anyone

Dr Khan does not believe in talking to her patients on the phone. She uses her assistant as a shield. This is very discouraging to a patient who is dealing with a severe health issue. After 4 calls and no luck of Dr. Coming to the phone or returning my calls , dr. Khan' assistant put one of the office managers on the phone. The office manager then told me in a rude tone, that they will no longer be able to treat me as a patient. And that I need to find a medical center. I was completely shocked!

Dr. Khan has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I have yet to be helped by allergy shots as of 9 months of bi weekly/weekly shots, but it's different for everyone. Overall, everyone is friendly other than one nurse. Even though I'm an established patient seeing her weekly, she accuses me of not having my Epi pen when I say it's in my purse. It's condescending and rude to accuse someone of lying every week especially since no one would want a shot without an Epi pen.
