My experience was awful. Waited 3.5 hours in the ER to be put in the hallway once I was in the back. The triage nurse speaks very loud about your personal business, and was very unprofessional. Nothing like the location in Gainesville. Where the service is top notch

It is unfortunate that some have had a 1 star experience. Fortunately for me I had a five-star experience. The wait in the emergency room was a little long because they were busy, however I was admitted and had to have surgery, and my experience with the staff and the facility were 5 star. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.

Our son came with us to see new born niece and they didn't let him in to see his newborn cousin, because hi didn't have ID on him.
