Horrible experience! Injected my daughter with steroids and didn’t warm me about the side effects! I would of declined after watching my daughter unconscious as I cried for help! Lead Nurse in the ER was very rude and argumentative as well! I will be suing this hospital! Unacceptable!

The ER has some very disrespectful women working the check in desk. I was informed I could leave the ER to walk to my car for a couple minutes and the same woman that told me that, also told me when I came back they took my name off the board for a 2 hour wait I already finished.

I fell Oct 12th, went to hospital on the morning of Oct 13th. I had the most EXCEPTIONAL care from the moment I walked in the door and spent about 5 hours in the ER department, so thankful for my male nurse Chris (and the others too). The care I received while having to have scans was Exceptional as well, everyone was so accommodating to my needs. I had to have emergency surgery then went to CCU floor I can’t even put into words the care I received while I was on this floor, EVERY SINGLE nurse and staff that cared for me made my time on this floor less “scary” for me. Everyone was so caring and concerned. I know this is part of their job, but I really felt so very cared for, which I’m sure helped with my recovery. I just want to say THANK YOU for everything you all do!!! Going over and beyond doesn’t go unnoticed and I can’t Thank you enough!! ❤️

Been in here for chest pain. Took they time seeing me. Now going to get discharged after a ekg, blood work and chest x ray. They haven’t reached my vitals or nothing. These people are a joke. Stay away.

Don’t go here! This “hospital” has a joke for a ER. The wait time and the lack of care is state reportable

I was taken to the ER after falling and hitting my head. The treatment I received was great. The Doctor was very soft spoken and explained everything to me in detail. I felt everyone was very professional there. I will certainly use this ER and the hospital in the future.

all the staff have been so nice every time I've gone there. With all the tests done so far, I feel like they are looking out for me. The cardiologist is very knowledgeable and she listens! The nice ladies who gave me the echocardiogram made me so comfortable! The cardiologist signed a release letter so that I can have the rotator cuff tear fixed along with a few other things. Have to go back to heart doctor in September for more tests
